As an Entrusted Associate, you will serve as SoYang’s trusted advisor to our clients, providing high-impact services which will involve:
Strategic Advisory
Partnering with clients to put in place fundamental corporate infrastructure, navigate corporate transitions, risk management and commercial growth.
Agreement Review & Drafting
Crafting and refining complex and cross-border commercial contracts with precision and foresight.
Business Alignment
Understanding our client’s unique business requirements and practical needs to ensure that our services and outcomes align with the client’s broader commercial objectives.
We are specifically looking for Senior Legal Professionals who bring a wealth of experience and a sophisticated perspective to the table.
