Don’t Let Your LLM Hallucinate Your Exit Strategy

AI is like a brilliant, hyper-productive intern who occasionally lies to your face with total confidence. Brilliant? Yes. Dangerous? Absolutely.

AI Governance is no longer optional. Singapore’s Model AI Governance Frameworks makes it clear: Organizations are responsible for the hallucinations of their bots. AI systems should be safe and human-centric. AI-assisted decisions should be explainable, transparent and fair.

Workplace Risks:

  • Data leaks: Your employees are inserting  yours and customer’s trade secrets, confidential information, personal data and intellectual property into public ChatGPT with no safeguards.
  • Bias: Your hiring bot just blacklisted everyone from a specific demographic and you have not designed human oversight checkpoints to catch and correct this.
  • Data quality and traceability: The results produced by your AI system are skewed and you realise datasets used were not accurate or complete in the first place. You try to correct this but do not know where the inaccurate datasets originally come from.
